Hollins has baked for Anytown since 1968. Grandad Ted opened the shop, Graham still runs the ovens, and these days his daughter Ellie is right there beside him.

Our story

Three generations. One oven that never really cools down.

  1. 1968

    Ted opens the shop

    Ted Hollins opens on Market Street with one oven and his mum's bread recipe.

  2. 1994

    Graham takes over

    His son Graham keeps every recipe and adds the cinnamon knots people now queue for.

  3. 2021

    Ellie joins the ovens

    Graham's daughter Ellie starts at 4am beside him. Same recipes, a few new ideas.
