Is there really no upfront cost?
Really. No design deposit, no setup invoice. Your first payment is simply your first month.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your plan rolls on monthly at the same £150$200€175. You can cancel any time after year one, with no exit fees.
Who owns my website?
While you're on the plan, I host it and look after it for you. After your first year, a one-off £400$550€475 buyout makes it yours to take wherever you like.
Can I leave during the first year?
The first year is a fixed commitment. That's what lets me build your site with nothing to pay upfront.
What counts as an update?
Pretty much anything: new text, photos, reviews, prices, opening hours, offers. If you want something bigger, like a brand-new section, we'll talk it through first.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own your web address, I'll point it at your new site. If you don't have one yet, I'll help you get set up.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Send it over for a free preview and I'll show you what it could become. When you switch, I'll bring across anything worth keeping.
Do I need to be good with tech?
Not at all. If you can send a text or an email, you can update your website. I do the rest.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just the 5-minute brief, your logo if you have one, and any photos you'd like to use. If your photos need help, we'll sort that out together.
