Privacy policy
Effective from 5 October 2026. We collect only what we need to design, run and bill for your website. We never sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

What we collect

Why we use it
- To send your free preview: because you asked us to.
- To build, run and support your website: because that’s our agreement with you.
- To take payments and keep business records: because of our agreement and our legal duties, including tax.
- To tell you when a slot opens: only if you joined the waitlist.
We won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve asked for them.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run Persona Digital:
- Netlify: hosts our website and receives our forms
- Stripe: handles card payments
- GoCardless: handles Direct Debits
- Zoho: runs our email
- Our accountant: for tax and record-keeping
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the US. Where your information leaves the UK, they protect it with approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK–US data bridge.
How long we keep it
- Free preview requests: 12 months if you don’t become a client.
- Waitlist details: until a slot opens, or until you ask us to remove them.
- Client information: while we work together, plus 6 years afterwards for tax records.
Cookies
Our website remembers your currency choice (£, $ or €) on your device, so prices show the way you like them. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your information, where we don’t need to keep it by law
- restrict or stop how we use it
- send your information to you or someone else in a usable format
Email hello@personadigital.co and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll email our clients.
